What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim Staff Pharmacist position at Soliant Health?
Urgently seeking an inpatient pharmacist with open availability. The ideal candidate would be IN licensed, patient-centered, committed professional who want to work in a setting where everyone has a purpose, contributes to the greater good, and improves the lives of their patients and colleagues on the daily. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm (plus on-call) and alternating weekends from 8am to 12pm.
Responsibilities:
- medicine order review and entry into pharmacy information system
- prepare and check medicines
- restock medicines to ADC on unit
- print medicine profiles/discharge summaries
- Order medicines from wholesaler
- NO sterile compounding
Requirements:
- Must know Wellsky software/TouchPoint MedDispense ADC
- Must possess current license to practice Pharmacy in Indiana.
- Minimum of one (1) year related experience to ensure familiarity with hospital pharmacy practice, preferred.
