In this role, the Account Executive acts as the liaison between our healthcare providers and different hospitals/medical institutions to aid in the placement of qualified candidates within these facilities. It is a blend of sales and recruiting, with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Build and engage with a candidate pipeline of new or existing healthcare professionals to introduce job opportunities and develop quality relationships
- Utilize different sourcing methods of referrals, job postings, social media platforms, a company provided database, etc. – get creative!
- Collaborate with our partnered institutions to obtain job orders and details, provide qualified and screened candidates, and coordinate candidates’ activity
- Pitch and sell our staffing services to institutions to build rapport and gain new clients
- Collaborate with our diverse team of professionals on deals
- Plan and organize your daily sales call activities to optimize the use of time and meet quotas
Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Sales experience is nice to have but not required!
