Job Details :Requirements :
- Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Massachusetts
- Familiar with IEPs
Responsibilities :
- Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and needs
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address patients' specific needs and promote recovery
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educating patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to facilitate continued progress and independence
