Job Title : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location : Champlin, MN
Job Type : Full-time; 37.5 Hours / Week
Caseload : Elementary & / or Middle School
Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in supporting students with diverse learning needs and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Provide ongoing training and support to teachers, staff, and parents on implementing behavior intervention strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of behavior assessments, intervention plans, and progress monitoring data.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and make recommendations for additional support as needed.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis and education.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
