Gen Ed- Chemistry Teacher

Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a passionate and qualified High School Chemistry Teacher for the uping school year near the Barton, AR area. This position will play a pivotal role in delivering rigorous and engaging instruction to high school students in the field of chemistry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with state standards and promote academic growth in chemistry.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and promotes critical thinking skills.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and provide appropriate support and challenges.
• Use data-driven assessments to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to support student success and maintain open munication.

Requirements:

• Arkansas State Teaching License with certification in High School Chemistry.
• Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Previous experience teaching high school chemistry or related subjects preferred.
• Strong content knowledge and passion for the subject matter.
