About the Role :

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct services to students, including individual and group interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement and monitor BIPs.
- Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies and interventions.
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
Educational and Licensing Requirements :
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Illinois state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- At least one year of recent experience in the field, preferably in a school setting.
