Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Part-Time Summer School Special Education Teacher to join our team for the upcoming summer session.
As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, adapting curriculum to meet their learning styles, and collaborating with other educators and professionals to ensure the success of each student.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred).
- Valid teaching license / certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt and modify curriculum to meet individual student needs.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
Schedule :
- Hours : 16 per week
- Work hours : 8 : 45AM-12 : 45PM
