We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to join our team as the Vice President of Enterprise Solution Delivery.
In this unique role, you will lead software engineering, business analysts, QA analysts, and our data & analytics team. This role has the exciting opportunity to delivering comprehensive solutions to address evolving business needs.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of innovative and impactful solutions to address the internal needs and challenges of our organization, as well as integrations with our healthcare partners.
This will include our digital patient experience, system integrations and interoperability, business intelligence, as well as healthcare-specific FHIR and HL7 integrations with our partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise solution delivery, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful delivery initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
Results measured by the following responsibilities : Strategic Leadership Provide strategic leadership and direction for the enterprise solution delivery function that shares the vision and value of how the team’s work directly enables the Solis mission and organizational goals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization Focus on continuous improvement in solution delivery processes, methodologies, and practice Instill strong SDLC practices and Agile principles into the team’s operating model Drive innovation and technological advancement within the software development / engineering teams.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS : Proven ability to energize, develop, and lead a high-performing team Excellent organizational, advanced analytical, presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization system-wide A track record of success communicating technical information to non-technical audiences;
- demonstrates experience in gaining the confidence of senior leadership Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus. Proven experience (5-7 years) in a leadership role within software development / engineering, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, technologies, and tools. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
