What are the responsibilities and job description for the President position at Soliz Optimum Transports, Inc?
Work with Drivers and Maintenance teams to ensure that the job preparations are accurate before work commences.
Order and schedule the delivery of all equipment needed for projects.
Act as the main point of communication between the drivers and upper management
Manage the work schedules and time records for all drivers
Provide leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Ensure that safety policies are strictly adhered to.
Daily tailgate meetings
Ensure DVIRs must be properly filled and turned in to Maintenance Foreman for repairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
