Position: Residential Aide
Location: Manhattan (Harlem)
Hourly Rate: $16
Schedule(s): 4:00pm - 12:00am
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Saturday (off Thursday & Friday)
- Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (off Tuesday & Wednesday)
Overview: Residential specialists will assist individuals in transitional housing sites with daily living skills.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience providing direct services
- CPR/BLS Required
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination booster if eligible (5 months after 2nd shot)
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals as needed, in activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation, and socialization
- Ensure individual's nutritional needs are met according to the prescribed diet, and assist with feeding as necessary
- Assist in maintaining individuals' hygiene as well as keeping a clean and safe environment
- Report immediately any observed/known deficiencies or inability as well as all types of abuse and other facility problems
Job Type: Full-time
