Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of complex office administration and support to the CEO as well as the Solomon team.
- Collate data from various sources for analysis and reporting.
- Serve as principal administrative contact and liaison with all clients and employees.
- Use multiple technical applications including Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Google Ads, Growbots, Zoom, Click Up, Squarespace, Vista Print, and more.
- Review, assess, route, answer and monitor follow up action steps on correspondence. Gather and analyze information required for administrative reporting.
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Create and share upcoming meeting agendas.
- Post job descriptions on Indeed, review candidate resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Create tasks in Click Up for Solomon team members based on action items from meetings and executive team directives.
- Social media scheduling on behalf of clients and company.
- Organize receipts and complete spreadsheets for billing.
- Attend meetings and take notes.
- Pickup, dropoff, and coordination of supplies and materials within the Fresno area as needed (minimal).
- Attend client events to serve as a support resource as needed (1-2 times per quarter)
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to foster positive working relationships
- Must be able to interact with CEOs of small businesses as well as administrative staff.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be comfortable to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Must have strong organizational, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Must reside in the Greater Fresno Area
Education and Experience
- High School/GED required. College degree preferred.
- 2 years of Administrative/Clerical experience required.
- 2 years of Customer Service experience required.
- 2 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Must possess excellent communication and computer skills.
Our Remote Work Philosophy
- You must live in the Fresno area, as some local job duties may require
- You must be able to effectively work remotely. In-person meetings will also be required.
- Aside from weekly meetings, work can be completed asynchronously in alignment with deadlines

Salary: $37,440 - $45,760
