Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise the day-to-day technical support provided by their 3rd Party IT support vendor (Xerox) - including traffic flow, response rates, along with other KPI's.
- Manage the vendor relationships with Ring Central, GoDaddy, Microsoft, Google Suite, and Rackspace.
- Respond to any data sensitive tickets that must be handled in house as well as hardware IT issues that arise in office.
- Monitor the performance of all IT systems and pro-actively identify risk.
- Lead all new hire trainings related to IT - such as the set up and use of RingCentral.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and processes
- Manage the AV set up in both offices. You will develop new processes that improve AV consistency and provide documentation on any new standards implemented.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- 3 years of progressive work experience in an IT Help Desk Position, specifically supporting internal users.
- Professional experience managing a team of IT professionals and tracking/developing KPI's.
- Skilled in managing vendor relationships.
- Experience supporting/setting up cloud phone systems, monitoring website domains, and managing tenants in Microsoft, Gsuite, and a cloud hosted data center (preferably Rackspace).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. We want someone who finds solutions!
- Experience managing IT systems and company data that are SOC I or SOC II compliant.
- Experience updating/maintaining the AV set up in an office enviornment.
- Superb written and verbal skills.
- Qualified applicants will live in Atlanta, GA and work in office on Tuesday's and Thursday's.
- Travel to the Denver, CO office will be required once a month.
