We are looking for Preventative Maintenance Coordinators . Contract to possible hire opportunities in Irvine, CA (Hybrid- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote each week).
This position's primary purpose is to ensure the timely execution of the Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs purchased by customers.
The PM Coordinator is the primary stakeholder in the proper functionality of the company’s equipment over the maintenance contract course.
PMs must follow a precise schedule to be most effective, and the PM is responsible for delivering this quality service.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service experience, call center experience, or working with service contractors.
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of follow-up and ability to pay close attention to all details.
- One year of prior administrative support experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google applications is required.
- Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP software is highly preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Review reporting to determine machines with Preventative Maintenance scheduled.
- Schedule preventative maintenance with the service vendor.
- Outbound calling Service Vendors and Customers.
- Manage inbound email inbox and inbound phone inquiries.
- Follow up and confirm with service vendors to ensure preventative maintenance has been completed.
- Resolve preventative maintenance service cases with accurate job completion details in Salesforce.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and service vendor assignments and availability.
- Checking service reports received for proper completion.
- Parts inventory management.
- Allocating and shipping parts for service vendors.
- Cross-functional inter-department engagement with Sales Operations, Warehouse, Service Administration, and Technical Support.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC : $20 / hour to $22 / hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and / or experience.
