Overall Responsibility:
Position Purpose
The Technology Strategy Consultant is a critical part of our service delivery model and is the dedicated account manager for the client. The Technology Strategy Consultant is the single point of contact for contracts, add-ons, true-ups and any technology needs a client has at the account level. Daily activities include:
Key Accountabilities:

• Serve as the client s technology leader, providing strategic direction, oversight and governance for the client s business outcomes using technology.
• Perform recurring CIO meetings with key client stakeholders to fulfill the governance/leadership requirements around IT for the client.
• Road map technology and lifecycle management for the client.
• Technology architecture oversight on the client s behalf.
• Budget planning to assist clients with long term IT purchases.
• Daily use of tools such as QuoteWerks, ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate and other industry standard tools are utilized to exceed client expectations.

Position Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in a client relationship role, preferably with IT teams, but other industries will be considered.
• At least five years of PC or Network support experience or equivalent two year technical education.
• Four year degree in business or technology is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IT industry terminology, vendors and solutions.
