Solutionreach is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Team Lead. We are a virtual first company, with teams working across North America. This role is virtual. #LI-Remote
The Accounts Receivable Team Lead is responsible for managing the collections process. This role will supervise the Accounts Receivable clerks as they perform collection procedures and maintain the Accounts Receivable aging list.
Requirements
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Have 1 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Bookkeeping, or equivalent.
- High School Diploma required; some Bachelor’s / Associate’s degrees preferred.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of Accounts Receivable.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess the ability to work autonomously, while managing competing priorities.
- Be adaptable, responsible, and dependable.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience with Intacct or Salesforce are a plus.
- Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity and problem solving skills.
- Team player mentality.
