Position Overview

The System Admin Instructor will support Mission Command Center of Excellence (MCCoE) Directorate of Training (DOT) Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) Training to Army Institutions and provide instruction in various schools across TRADOC and non-TRADOC organizations as well as perform CPCE server system administration in the classrooms and equipment labs. 

• Presentation skills, clear and precise oral communications
• Experience preparing scripts and audio-visual support materials
• Strong instructional and training development experience
• Knowledge of the most current CPCE software version, applications, and functions
• Knowledge of utilizing CPCE to integrate other MCIS onto a COP
• Experience with operation and execution of US Army combined arms staff
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and 2012, Linux servers, Solaris servers, Cisco switches, Assures Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) procedures, and V-Sphere software
• Knowledge of setup, initialization, configuration, operations,
• capabilities, and limitations of BCCS V5 CPCE servers
• Knowledge of networking equipment components such as routers, switches, gateways, desktop/laptop computers and VoIP phones to advise network administrators/users and plan for effective, efficient installation, growth, and successful integration of various components from a multiplicity of vendors
• Ability to utilize hardware, software, and network utilities to maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze networked servers
• Direct experience in verification and validation, RMF, and ACAS
• Exceptional understanding of MC integration and administration

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to gain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS Preferred)
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certified
• shall have at least three (3) years of experience in Mission Command Instruction
• Graduate of Faculty Development Program and other instructor/training development courses
