Job Overview and Responsibilities
To report to the Digital Innovation Manager of Materials Research & Innovation, the Digital Champion will be responsible for all the Materials Research & Innovation sites in the NAM and EMEA regions.

- Support digital initiatives and help drive our digital roadmap (data capture, automation, predictive approaches, people awareness, change management ...).
- Play an active role in the Group Digital Champions network.
- Collect the needs from all our Research & Innovation centers located in the Region and share them with the Materials R&I Digital Innovation Manager, who will aggregate, validate and prioritize the needs before sharing them regularly with the Connected Research Lead.
- Be an efficient “translator” between our R&I teams and scientists and our IT teams.
- Work in close partnership with the Connected Research Digital team, responsible for the delivery and technical aspects of our Digital transformation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
Skills
- Fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
- Digital skills are a plus.
- Keen to help others.
- Good communicator & active listener.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- “Make it happen” mindset.
Additional Information
- Availability to travel may be required in the Region (1/2 times per year maximum).
