QHSE Supervisor

It gives the candidate the opportunity to be recognized as the orchestrator of our Silica GBU and benefit from a large autonomy to define how we will reach our ambitions with respect to process standardization Growth and learning opportunities You will bring: Education and experience – Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent; can be waived with 5-10 years of laboratory and/or Manufacturing Quality supervisory experience.Technical skills – Strong analytical skills; Systems management (ISO 9001, RC 14001, FSSC 22000); PCQI Certification preferredDesired behaviors – Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with a diverse team and drive improvement. You will get:The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
