Job Description
- Responsible for sending and tracking customer safety notices and refusals.
- Organizes, prepares, mails, and tracks FDA-regulated customer safety advisory.
- Notices for patient safety recalls are assigned to the US regional Unit.
- Organizes, prepares, mails, and tracks refusals.
- Supports the entire update lifecycle process including update planning, due date assignment, material availability, and on-time completion.
- Contacts are with a diverse multi-national audience including business lines, business areas, external customers, regional support centers, customer care centers, education services, CSML, finance, services marketing, customer administration, and business process engineering (Quality).
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to handle semi-complex to complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance.
- Strong communication skills are needed, both verbal and written.
- Independently perform important areas of standard professional level work that typically require processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly-defined issues.
