What you will be doing:
- Supporting government projects in a software development role using analytical and problem-solving skills to program in modern programming languages and operating system environments.
- Support research to integrate new technologies and applications to develop new military and commercial capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Two years of software development experience or at least two years of college level courses in computer science
- Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance*
Desired qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical degree
- Software development for a Linux-based system
- Experience/knowledge in multiple development languages/environments
- Knowledge of UML Tools (MagicDraw, Rhapsody, etc.)
- Information assurance certifications
- Experience in software requirements and design documentation, architecture definition and/or software integration
- Experience with submarine combat systems
- Experience working within a defined (CMMI Level 3 or greater) software development process
- Possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance*
Obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves a comprehensive background check.
