Your Role:
- Inbound Call Conversion: Efficiently and effectively turn inbound calls from prospects seeking health coverage into long-term clients.
- Client Advising: Present insurance solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service throughout the sales process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to laws and regulations.
- Performance Goals: Meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team huddles, meetings, and training sessions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations to ensure accurate and informed sales practices.

What We’re Looking For:
- Stable Work History
- Top-Performing Telephonic Sales Background: Familiarity with the "one call close," closing tactics, isolating and overcoming stalls and objections, and closing techniques.
- Genuine Willingness to Learn: Be intuitive and resourceful.
- Clean Background: This position requires licensing as an Insurance Agent. (Company will assist in obtaining licensing)
- Right Attitude and Work Ethic: We will train you if you have the right attitude and work ethic.

- In-Person: Enjoy the camaraderie of an office setting.
- Monday-Thursday: 9:30 am – 7:00 pm, Friday: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
