Job Description
- Deliver on the promise of Sonesta
- Prepare all food and beverage items
menu/instructions.
- Montior area to ensure adequate supplies of food, beverage, plates, utensils, napkins, condiments ect are available for all guest.
- Maintain clean, neat and well-organized work area as well as guest sitting area. Ensure tables are cleaned and wiped down, Vacuum carpet in dining area as wll as sweep and mop floor as needed.
