Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

Telecom Expense Management Support

General Duties

  • Compiling telecom services inventory; research, analysis and investigation of telecom usage charges,
  • Identifying billing errors, filing billing disputes and daily tracking;
  • Working in collaboration with people from other divisions such as Telecom, Networking System, IT and Finance.
  • Heavy data entry (45 wpm minimum) and telephone.
  • Prior experience working with an IT or telecom company in a similar role- helpful.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Task oriented
  • Capable of managing multiple complex tasks and able to work with several groups at once
  • Strong problem solving and follow through skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel

Preferred:

  • Understanding LEC and CLEC billing
  • Experience with telecommunications expense management services/billing
