Telecom Expense Management Support
General Duties
- Compiling telecom services inventory; research, analysis and investigation of telecom usage charges,
- Identifying billing errors, filing billing disputes and daily tracking;
- Working in collaboration with people from other divisions such as Telecom, Networking System, IT and Finance.
- Heavy data entry (45 wpm minimum) and telephone.
- Prior experience working with an IT or telecom company in a similar role- helpful.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Task oriented
- Capable of managing multiple complex tasks and able to work with several groups at once
- Strong problem solving and follow through skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
Preferred:
- Understanding LEC and CLEC billing
- Experience with telecommunications expense management services/billing
