About the job:
The Network Logistics Associate (NLA) is responsible for working with internal and external suppliers to achieve timely fulfillment of customer orders, while delivering exceptional internal and external customer service. NLA is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt/hourly position. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain excellent customer communications through telephone, e-mail, and internal ticketing tools.
- Coordinate with other members of NOC Provisioning to ensure orders are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
- Receive and ship customer premises equipment.
- Maintain inventory through quality assurance, cleaning and restocking equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills / PC Literate
- Exceptional problem-solving and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent language skills, both written and verbal
