SONIFI Health provides interactive technology and professional services that help healthcare organizations around the country improve patient care. As a Marketing Associate, you will help manage our lead nurturing campaigns, email marketing, digital and social media presence, webinars, events, and trade shows.
Your hands-on project involvement would include planning, driving, implementing, monitoring, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing tactics, as well as collaborating with various internal and external partners on continual improvements and strategic evolutions.
What you’ll do:
Executes marketing projects based on a solid understanding of project requirements ensuring on-time delivery, exercising decision-making capacity when necessary.
Contributes to the development of marketing strategy and plans.
Leads the team in using marketing automation software to build and execute lead nurturing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Facilitates the optimal use and accurate deployment of campaign tracking and reporting requirements.
Project manages marketing initiatives across all parts of the business.
Coordinates the data gathering and fulfillment of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
Manages all details of event and tradeshow execution, which includes booth design, print and signage support, communication to the onsite staff, budget, etc.
Responsible for reporting program results, monitoring Return on Investment (ROI) and making recommendations based on these results.
Serves as the SONIFI liaison with creative entities to coordinate successful marketing strategies.
Completes tasks and coordinates activities with internal and external resources, generates status reports and manages deliverables to completion.
Assesses opportunities for improvements that have an impact on the business.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of two years related marketing, communications and/or advertising experience is preferred. Advertising and/or Digital Agency experience a plus.
Knowledge of marketing automation software (such as HubSpot) a plus.
Knowledge of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) a plus.
Requires occasional travel and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment that expects and promotes teamwork.
Must be able to communicate professionally and clearly both verbally and in written form.
Must be able to handle multiple projects, cross-functionally with all levels in the organization.
Project execution, conflict management and time management skills are critical.
Highly motivated, results and detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills as well as a high level of professional conduct are required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
