This is a customer-based position providing full-time, onsite technical support to a large healthcare client using SONIFI’s software, hardware, and network solutions. They will be responsible for direct service support of SONIFI products and platforms with minimal direction from management.  Also supports SONIFI system upgrades and works with test equipment to determine problems.  Builds relationships with the customer and actively resolves problems and train customer employees on SONIFI system operations.   What you’ll do: Provide onsite representation and leadership to the client on behalf of SONIFI. Building and maintaining a positive customer relationship. Proactively monitor and troubleshot all hardware, software, and network components of the solutions. Acts with urgency as issues are identified and quickly resolves problems. Perform regular preventative maintenance on hardware, software, and network components. Submit and respond to trouble cases through both the client ticketing system and SONIFI ticketing system. Troubleshoot issues and perform corrective actions. Provide recommendations to the client around expansion, adoption, renovation, and other activities that may impact the managed solutions. Provide training to client staff and contractors as needed. Install, replace, and repair hardware as needed. Install, upgrade, and patch software as needed. Act as incident manager for issues that are escalated to SONIFI corporate resources. Enforce SONIFI and client policies related to the managed solutions. Prepare and distribute reports to client and SONIFI on a regular basis. Manage spare equipment inventories for managed solutions. Manage warranty replacements and warranty replacement program for managed solutions. Perform administrative duties including inventory tracking, maintenance and service record keeping, case notations, work order completions, etc. Perform all training required by SONIFI as it relates to the managed solutions and SONIFI internal policies. Perform all training required by the client as it related to environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies as well as client internal policies. Other duties as assigned.   What you’ll need:Minimum of a two-year Associates Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or similar degree. Minimum of 4 years work experience with IP networks.  In lieu of a degree, more than 4 years work experience in an IP networking or related capacity will be considered.   Understanding of HIPAA requirements and responsibilities. High level of professional aptitude and relationship building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. IT knowledge on general connectivity, network integration of devices, wireless protocols, mobile network technologies, software support, and cyber security standards preferred. Understanding of interoperability of devices which share, store, and provide access to electronic health information in EHR/EMR/HIS/CIS preferred. Experience with Microsoft applications like Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. Experience with formal case management systems like Salesforce and Service Now. Excellent communication and customer service skills to work across a broad spectrum of stakeholders including nursing, IT, operations, support, marketing, patients, and care givers. The incumbent must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record as defined in the SONIFI Driving Policy.  Required Certification: COVID-19 vaccination, and any other customer-mandated vaccinations or tests, to be completed within 90 days of hire.
