Install Technician Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability of the Install Department. Manages the installation of equipment at car washes across the region. Works closely with other team members to ensure continuous improvement within the Install Department. Provides instruction and support to team members. Resolves escalated issues from operations and coordinates with other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the install department
• Works with other team members to foster growth and ensure continuous improvement
• Responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing quality employees
• Oversee scheduling and assignment of jobs to employees based on skill sets and customer needs
• Responsible for financial performance of the department and achievement of desired metrics
• Ensure profitability by maximizing onsite efficiency to include time management and quality control
• Resolve escalated issues arising from operations that may require coordination with other departments
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Promotes teamwork and maintains a positive attitude
• Effectively communicate goals and expectations to create onsite accountability
• Maintain customer confidence by keeping location information confidential
• Maintain company assets, including service vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Comply with pertinent safety codes and regulations
• Travel required
• Understands that there may be other duties to perform as needed that are not itemized in this job description

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required. Preference given to Technical School graduates, Automotive Techs, Fabricators, & Installers
• Five (5) years minimum installation or construction field experience.
• Ideal candidate will have a background in any Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Welding, Fabricator or Construction trades, or two years of trade school or equivalent infield experience
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
• Consistently demonstrates ability to recognize and deal with priorities
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
