- Manage the appointment calendar with organization and finesse, ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Take professional-looking patient photos.
- Handle incoming mail and packages with care, ensuring timely delivery and efficient record-keeping.
- Provide proactive administrative support to staff, keeping the operation running like a well-oiled machine.
- Handle opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and presentable work environment.
