The Sophia Institute seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and cheerful individual to serve in the role of Customer Service Associate of Digital Programs. This person will help Sophia carry out its mission by supporting the families, schools, and parishes using Sophia Institute for Teachers digital materials.
Sophia Institute for Teachers renews and rebuilds Catholic culture through service to Catholic education. We provide teachers and parish catechists with instructional materials and catechetical training to help them lead students and families to Christ.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide timely and reliable support to customers by phone, email, and online chat. -Educate customers on software applications, usage, and functionality through phone and web-conferencing applications -Efficiently and correctly enter data in multiple internal applications -Oversee ongoing data management and integrity -Communicate effectively among Sophia staff and our external developer team to ensure excellent and seamless experience for customers as well as continual improvements to our digital offerings
