Will provide human resources generalist services to include talent acquisition, employee relations, employee benefits, payroll, on and off boarding, training, and development.
Requirements
From your EXPERTISE to ours
· Provides full cycle recruitment from start of job requisition to on-boarding.
· Actively engages with employees to assist with benefits, payroll, and general information.
· Assist in maintaining and updating employee policies and procedures.
· Actively tracks attendance and assists with employee leave processes.
· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
· Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
· Propose employee programs to enhance employment conditions.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
Experience
· Minimum 2 years full cycle HR required.
Specialized Knowledge
· Fluent in Spanish Language preferred.
· Knowledge of Employment law required.
Skills / Abilities
· Operating systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Training Systems.
· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures and employment law.
· Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems & HRIS Systems.
· Food industry and Human Resources, preferred.
· Ability to perform a multitude of tasks.
· Confident decision-making skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
· Consistent, dependable, and diligent in performing tasks.
Professional Certifications
· Human Resources Certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; occasionally required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. The work environment includes occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
