- Provide support to tech and life sciences clients at all growth stages
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
- Handle equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements
- Engage in domestic and international tax planning
Qualifications:
- 5 years of (Law Firm) tax law experience
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Superior academic credentials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises tax law
- Experience in federal, state, and international tax law
- Strong analytical skills

Salary: $350,000.00 - $435,000.00 per year
