What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at SOS Personnel?
We are looking for qualified and experienced bookkeepers to provide bookkeeping services to small businesses.
The Ideal Candidate:
- has at least 1 year of full cycle bookkeeping experience
- can successfully categorize transactions, pulling financial reports and reconciling accounts
- will know: cash bookkeeping, accrual bookkeeping, payroll, debits, credits, clearing accounts, loans and mortgages
- will have experience and are comfortable with a variety of Point of Sale Systems like Square, Paypal, Stripe, Vemno, etc...
- will now how to reconcile POS accounts, properly determine fees, tips, deposits and categorize these properly from reports
