SOS Support Services, a cool, forward thinking IT services company that partners with other cool small businesses to protect and plan for IT security and efficiency, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual to fill the role of Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant. This position will work closely with the CEO and the Sales & Operations Teams to update marketing materials, create email and social media campaigns, and develop strategies to build the company’s brand and reputation. The ideal candidate will support the sales team with all aspects of the sales funnel management from generating and qualifying leads, assisting in creating quotes and presentations that lead to new sales. Once the contracts are signed, this position will also onboard new clients to ensure all services are provided efficiently and effectively leading to happy and long-lasting relationships with our awesome clients.

The Roles and Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant include:
- Assisting with and performing all tasks related to marketing and lead generation (identifying, qualifying and communicating with leads, suspects and prospects)
- Assisting with and performing all duties related to sending out marketing materials, quotes, and tracking results and all client communication
- Coordinating and participating in a variety of activities related to onboarding, appreciating, and retaining clients
- Assisting the CEO and Sales & Operations Teams with a variety of day to day administrative tasks to support their sales and marketing related efforts
- Assisting and coordinating a variety of team building events, employee holiday parties, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skill sets and related experience:
- 2 years’ experience supporting a sales team
- 2 years’ of experience in a marketing-related support position
- 2 years’ of experience generating leads & networking
- 1 years’ experience assisting with sales quotes
- 1 years’ experience making cold and warm calls
- 1 years’ experience working with a CRM program
- 1 years experience coordinating, creating and planning email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Expert working in Excel Spreadsheets and MS Office Programs
- Capable of learning new tech/apps quickly and effectively
- Knowledge of quoting software
- Understanding how to price products and services
- Understanding of how to engage on social media for business (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Experience creating, updating and maintaining marketing materials, social media pages and websites
- Understanding of website content, SEO and Google Analytics
- Professional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Expert in time management, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to pass a background check

Work Schedule & Requirements:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Start and ending hours can be negotiated after the first 90 days of training but must be consistent and reliable!
Compensation: $ 18.00 /hr. - $22.00 /hr DOE
