Flex Technology Group is looking for a Field Service Technician where the employee is capable of multitasking and managing a full workload. The individual is responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
- Maintains equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Manages an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP’s
- Maintains an accurate assigned parts inventory
- Delivers exceptional customer service
- Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships
- Maintains positive relationships with employees
- Contributes as a team player
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- HS diploma/GED required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by FlexPrint
- Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator
- Basic computer knowledge* MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances

Salary : $32,300 - $40,800
