As we expand our range of unique and supernatural candles, we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a creative and artistic environment, with the ability to streamline production and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Setting productivity goals.
- Manage and track inventory to meet the production schedule.
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
- Develop procedures to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
- Monitor production to resolve issues and communicating with upper management regarding problems impacting production.
Job Requirements:
- Full time availability.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proven experience in this, or a similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory ability.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate employees.
- The ability to occasionally lift 30-50 pounds and be on your feet for the majority of your shift.
- Shopify / Amazon seller central experience a plus.
- Candle and crystal knowledge a plus.
- Pay determined by experience with room for growth.
