The Corporate IT Technician role will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of colleagues that love providing a great customer experience while being able to address an end-user experience technology needs. The person in this role will have opportunities to work in a diverse and multifaceted environment, oftentimes working with other teams or departments to contribute to a greater goal. This role will be required to be in-office providing support to our headquarters office in Santa Clara, CA while also having opportunities to provide remote support for our other locations.
The work location for this role is limited to Santa Clara, CA. The workplace options available for this role are in-office and hybrid. The salary range for this position is USD $75,000 to $90,000. Our recruiting team will provide a more specific salary range based on relevant experience. In addition to salary, you will receive equity and other benefits.
In this role, you will:
- Provide end-user support for Windows and Mac workstations
- Assist with user account management
- Setup new hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals)
- Troubleshooting common IT problems, including Network, Conference Rooms, Printers, Hardware, Software
- Interact with a wide range of users with varying degrees of technical knowledge

- You excel at multitasking while maintaining high customer service standards
