About the Organization and Position
Well-known and respected 90-bed adolescent residential is searching for a full-time Assistant Clinical Director to join their growing team. This program serves adolescent males between the ages of 14 and 21 in a secure residential program. The program provides individualized mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability treatment services using a trauma-informed approach. The length of stay (9-12 months) and the program’s goal is to equip youth for successful reintegration into the community to live productive lives.

Responsibilities
The Assistant Clinical Director coordinates the implementation of individualized mental health and substance abuse treatment. The Assistant Clinical Director provides ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling to youth and their families under the direct clinical supervision of the licensed Clinical Director. The position is responsible for the delivery and documentation of all mental health and substance abuse-related treatment services including biopsychosocial.
Experience
- Approved Masters's program in Counseling
- FL license - LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
- 1 year in a leadership or lead role preferred
