Job Description
Job Title: Member Service Data Systems Manager
Department: Finance
Location: Association Resources
Position Type: Full Time/Non-exempt [$25.00 per hour range]
Reports to: CFO Revision Date: September 2023
POSITION SMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing the constituent CRM data base. The position will ensure that data is entered correctly, and best practices are followed to allow the production of insightful reports, and new system features are implemented. The incumbent will also assist with training and the production of documentation to assure the Association staff follow best business practices.
CORE EXPECTATIONS:
- Implement “Best Practices” in SGA Member Service Management
Working with our CRM development partner and YMCA Staff to ensure that the Member Management system is operating at peak efficiency. Tasks will include; new feature implementation, table file maintenance, data clean up, and report creation.
- Staff Training
Live and virtual trainings will be conducted to instruct staff on the use of the CRM platform and in understanding reports and data. Handouts will be produced to complement these trainings. One-on-one support for staff questions will also be provided.
- General Tasks
Work closely with the Finance Department and Membership department to ensure refunds and other membership corrections done in a timely and correct manner. Work with Program Directors to assure program registrations are processed correctly. Work with the finance department to ensure Credit Card processing is managed correctly. Manage Listen 360 file upload and other tasks.
- Association and Staff Support
Develops relationships and provides timely support, reporting and resources for staff to assist them in achieving association goals. Support Development Department and Operations for new initiatives.
- Community Involvement and Support
Assists in YMCA fund raising activities and events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years related experience; degree or certificate preferred but not required.
- Proficient with all aspects of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Inquisitive nature and self directed.
- Clear communicator. Excellent analytical skills.
