South Western Dental is seeking a highly qualified, self-motivated Assistant Office Manager for our busy practice. This position will work in coordination with the Office Manager and four dentists and will be accountable for the business and personnel functions of the office.
Responsibilities:
Train, Supervise, and develop office staff members
Ensure the day to day flow and productivity of the office.
Monitor overall systems including Billig, Collections, Sceduling, Employee Duties
Manage employee work schedules
Ensure Patient Quality of Care and Customer Service
