We are searching for a Speech Pathologist to perform duties to support and in support of the Rehabilitation Department. Assess, diagnose, treat and help to restore speech language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, fluency and other related disorders within the patient's capabilities
- Hours: Per Diem
- Shift: Day shift
- Location: Southcoast Business Center – Fairhaven, MA
- Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-ASHA) from the American Speech/Language & Hearing Association is required.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is required.
- Two (2) years of related experience in the field of Speech Therapy is required.
- Home care experience preferred
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID 19 and provide required vaccination documentation, unless approved for an exemption or deferral by Southcoast prior to starting employment.
