    Wildcat     Care is starting its summer program on Monday, June 6th. The program runs Mondays through Fridays all day in the summer.

    Wildcat Care leads must be available mornings and/or afternoons. Wildcat Care will be staffed Monday through Friday between 5:45 AM-and 5:30PM.

    A program lead is responsible for helping plan, coordinate, and lead activities such as arts and crafts, organized games, getting children to and from different camps, classes, swimming lessons, etc.

    Training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management is desirable.

    The position is paid at the Paraprofessional rate on the Support Staff salary schedule, between $14.74 $17.62 per hour.

    Responsibilities include supervision of children at Wildcat Care as well as multiple field trip locations, implementation of daily and weekly activities, and communication with parents and staff.

    Requirements:

    • Ensure program operation complies with all legal requirements

    • Minimum of 18 years of age

    • Must like working with kids

    • Must be responsible, punctual, creative, and organized

    • Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff

    • Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude

    • MUST be willing to get in the pool to closely supervise children while swimming
