Southeast Elevator, the leader in residential home elevators, is looking for a Service Coordinator/Office Administrator who, under general supervision, will perform administrative duties in a fast-paced office environment related to the ongoing business of the office. This person is a critical part of our front-line team, who will work closely with existing customers to schedule maintenance and service appointments. Your responsibilities may include tasks associated with but not limited to, ensure excellent customer service standards, strong phone etiquette, assisting with tasks associated with service operations including collection of payments and scheduling appointments, basic bookkeeping and other office tasks.
