Southeast Texas HR is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at a financial institution. As a leader in recruiting and HR services, our company has a reputation for excellence in selecting top talent. The Receptionist will handle all inbound calls and transfer to proper personnel.
These could be a temp-to-perm position for the ideal candidates. This is a Monday - Friday day position and pay will be $13-14 per hour, DOE.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar position.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Requirements
To be qualified for this position you must meet the following requirements:
- 2 or more years experience in an administrative/office setting.
- Or 2 or more years of switchboard or receptionist experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements including drug testing and background checks.
