Preferred - Primary Skills/Qualifications:
· Reviews, verifies, and analyzes information related to one or more construction projects support.
· Measures the effect of such information on the performances of the functional area.
· Facilitates invoice processing by checking accuracy of invoices, checking with responsible Project Engineer and Global (Capital) Procurement for approval, coding invoices appropriately, and ensuring tracking through Accounts Payable.
· Utilizes standards and procedures to ensure compliance with contractual documents.
· Reviews, analyzes, and reports on all items that are out of compliance.
· Communicates audit information using standardized reporting practices.
· Advises vendors of non-compliance to contract terms, negotiates resolution of disputed items, and communicates resolution to appropriate team members, including Global (Capital) Procurement.
· Supports project management team from design and sourcing through financial close–out.
· Interfaces with AE and CM project personnel.
· Supports procurement group requirements related to payment.
· Responds to internal and external customers as needed in a service-oriented manner.
Desired - Experience and Education:
· 5-7 years’ experience. Need to be able to work as a manager.
· Change management auditing experience a plus
