What You Need To Know
Reporting to the Sr. Director SCM Supplier Relationship Management, the Tito's (5th Generation) Relationship Manager is the primary contact for all Tito's Supply Chain related initiatives. This role is responsible for the development, coordination, and daily management of assigned supplier Supply Chain initiatives.
Overview
This role will drive Supply Chain opportunities with Tito's in collaboration with SGWS functional teams, while supporting and enabling Commercial, IT, and Finance on their partner facing initiatives to bundle cohesive, thorough programs and initiatives for our strategic supplier. S/he will Initiatives include but are not limited to: S&OP Integration, Network Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Rationalizing Slow Moving Inventory, EDI Transactions, and Reporting improvements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee, analyze, and report on monthly and quarterly SGWS/Tito's forecast alignment, inventory projections, and inventory risks to optimize inventory flow while improving Customer Fill Rates.
- Provide Tito's, SCM, and ALD commercial partners with agreed upon reporting.
- Develop repeatable solutions and best practices that can be offered to our strategic partner and minimize duplication of efforts across various functions and projects.
- Manager role will be instrumental in supporting a long-term vision of supply chain through effective implementation of business processes, and leadership to enable organizational transformation.
- Focus on strategic decision making in forecasting, replenishment, logistics, and nationwide distribution network.
- Monitor and oversee compliance with Tito's contractual requirements for Supply Chain activities.
- Initiate and collaboratively develop opportunities with the key stakeholders to improve processes and reduce process waste and cost.
- Assist Supply Chain Executives with timely and accurate information and analysis as well as aid in monitoring, evaluating, and improving performance and related metrics of the Supply Chain operation.
- Ensure the appropriate use of analytical tools so that analysis and reporting is accurate, timely, and complete.
- Act as a liaison between the specialized departments within and outside the supply chain organization. Build relationships with Tito's and internal customers.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
- Individual with at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain functions or related job.
- Expert knowledge in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate with Tito's Commercial teams
- Create excel models and routine level reports
- Prompt and timely delivery of data/reporting, based on specified deadlines
- Develop innovative approaches to tackle business issues through analysis of data
- Interact directly with various Supply Chain departments and leadership on a regular basis
- Train other analysts as needed
- Responsible for improving current processes
- Develop specialties in different SCM areas
- Initiate process improvement ideas

Education
- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred
- Specialization in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering is preferred. Green belt certification, including project completion preferred
