Overview
The Manager of Experience Platforms will oversee the propagation, implementations, management, quality standards, and stewardship for these experiential platforms and systems. This role directly leads the Experience Platform (XP) team, promoting the adoption and usage of platforms while ensuring defined data collection system integrity is maintained. This role is integral to the Strategy, Innovation, and Operations team and responsible for the associated end-user experience as it relates to our internal Southern Glazer’s employees and external client population. This role will coach, lead and inspire the XP team as a role model of our FAMILY values; listen with intent, develop team members, partner to find collaborative solutions, and take decisive action to Embed, Embrace, and Execute on Southern Glazer’s strategic objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create, assess, and manage Southern Glazer’s xAPI, AICC, and SCORM standards, governance, implementation, and profiles including SOP documentation
- Create new revenue opportunities with our supplier and trade partners by offering creative and platform services; build and maintain current relationships while seeking new opportunities internally and externally
- Create processes for xAPI integration, focusing on (not limited to) Southern Glazer’s experience platforms
- Lead and direct the Experience Platform (XP) services team in design, implementation, and service; create actionable analytics clearly showing positive ROI and enhancement opportunities
- Oversee the integration, implementation, and execution of Walkme, Mobile Coach, Instilled, Axonify, Watershed, Bridge, Cloverleaf to ensure platforms reach steady-state
- Establish and maintain an internal SLA across Southern Glazer’s while growing a positive end-user experience
- Lead team to create an adaptive learning experience; integrate various data sources
- Lead evaluation and discovery for automating and integrating platform services to create peak efficiencies
Additional Primary Responsibilities
- Regularly lead team meetings; provide a regular cadence of 1:1 sessions with direct reports
- Partner with HR Center of Excellence (COE), Organizational Effectiveness (OE) subteams, Enterprise Technology Partners (ETP), and other potential experiential data providers to find synergies and overlapping strategic initiatives and projects
- Manage XP team budget and annual forecasting requirements
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience managing geographically dispersed (remote) teams of people
- Experience generating revenue based on XP platform usage and continued adoption
- 5 years experience with experiential data systems
- 5 years experience with LMS/LRS administration, and administration management and oversite
- Experience in a team environment with SRCUM, AGILE or similar development methodologies
- Require occasional travel included but not limited to attending learning and experience industry conferences, business unit events or vendor meetings
- Proven track record of leadership, coaching, and motivational team management
