Overview:
The Director will provide all services necessary to meet the consumer’s needs and ensure that the Residential environment is conducive to the consumer’s success, satisfaction, and safety. The Director will assist in providing after-hours on-call, staff supervision, and quality of overall service provisions, ensuring protective oversight is maintained, and that the program maintains a positive community presence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field
- One (1) year of experience working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and/or mental illness (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
