Due to our current Administrator changing industries, Care Initiatives is now hiring a Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Southern Hills Specialty Care, a 90 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Osceola, IA!

- Census. This site runs full!
- Dedicated memory care unit.
- Minimal agency usage. We welcome a leader to help further our retention efforts and eliminate agency.
- Retention is strong at Southern Hills. There are several tenured team members and leaders, such as our Housekeeping Supervisor being with us for over 20 years. We have a dedicated scheduler and two ADONs whom each offer over 10 years of experience with us.

Summary: As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the total day-to-day operation of your facility. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering.
