Real Estate Marketing Assistant

The Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our team lead, sales teams, brand partners, and client base to ensure that our website, social media, collateral and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Our ideal candidate is full of ideas to plan, create, and execute promotional campaigns that support the growth of Southern Home Group as well as their property listings.

• Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
• Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
• Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
• Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
• Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels
• Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message

• Expert in forward design concepts
• Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
• Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
• B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must

• Proven ability to grow a brand through Social Media channels and/or Blogging
