Responsible for providing office duties and delegated patient care duties for occupational medicine / work care program.
$14.56/hr minimum - $18.20/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)

Responsibilities
- Collect referral information from patient, employers or ED source.
- Schedule patient appointments
- Maintains and updates company profiles.
- Maintains established level of office and medical supplies.
- Provides clinical support when necessary for urine drug screening, flu
- Vaccines, TB vaccines, Breath Alcohol testing, blood draws, pulmonary function testing, and audio testing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- DOT/BAT Trainer and Collector Certified within 1 year
- CAOHC certified within 1 year
- NIOSH certified within 1 year
- COVID vaccination
